Take a look at this screenshot if you dont sure what we are talking about :

Open up regedit.exe through the start menu search box, and then browse down to the following key :

[sourcecode language="html"]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop[/sourcecode]

Once there, find the FeedbackToolEnabled key on the right-hand side, and change the value to 0.

To revert it back, change the value to 3 again.
